Wholesale cost is $1270 plus tax, and the fact that you can't buy this over the counter being a TRP part without the dealer doing it with proper documention,$1400 shipped seems resonable to me. List is $1580.If you can get it for $1100 and want one you should buy it.

dude. Check parts.com. It is sold for $1100. Why do you think anybody would want to buy your ECU for $1400?
