Best widebody

So, I've been lately going back and forth on deciding whether I should keep my car. I'm currently overseas so I haven't driven my car since November and possibly won't be driving it till next year (2013).

If I decide to keep it, I thought that I should look into getting a widebody conversion done a couple of month sbefore I get back.

I've seen pictures of Josh's car and the pictures of Dad's C63. I believe also ACG did it for the JSP's car (might be wrong name).

Are those the only three that have the all steel body modification done by three different vendors?

I know MHP offers it on their website for roughly $10k and I read that Josh recommends doing it from Evosport. I don't know how much ACG charges as well.

Who else offers it or are these the only three options so far for the C63?

There is also a "stick" on Renntech kit that doesn't look as nice but still its another option...

I'd stick with a custom body shop job...

Good luck wherever you are overseas...Military?

$1000USD for a custom widebody conversion? This I'll have to see to believe.

Good luck.

Yeah, I did see the Renntech kit but I wanted something seamless. And at their price of $14k or so, the $10k steel body from MHP seems like a better choice.

So, is the rough ball park based on MHP's cost going to be similar to the price for either ACG or Evosport? I wish those two companies would have some pictures or information on their websites...or is it because they were one-off custom jobs?

I've never been in the military but respect to everyone who does serve. I'm a programmer by trade and some interesting (and very lucrative) work was available overseas.

i think the rear fender flares from HMS Tuning seem to be the best bet so far for an inexpensive fix . their fender flares seem to be the only ones available that look oem and don't have the vents in the rear of the flare . i think the vents look tacky IMO

The Black Series already comes with wider wheel arches.
Why would you make it any wider then it is?

I think the BS flares are more then adequate. Just need to put some sticky rubber in the rear and your good to go. Then again 700hp is enough power to break anything loose, even with wider fenders.
