It all depends on your offsets and tire selection.
I have seen guys fit 285/25/20's in the rear.

You can use a 275/25/20 is a smaller tire then what you are using, on a C63 people are using a 285/25 but i would go with a 275/25 that's what i'm using.
also what are your offets on the flowspec you have on the rear?

ET The offset of a vehicle's wheel is the distance between the centerline of the wheel and the plane of the hub-mounting surface of the wheel. It can thus be either positive or negative, and is typically measured in millimeters. Offset has a significant effect on many elements of a vehicle's suspension, including suspension geometry, clearance between the tire and suspension elements, the scrub radius of the steering system, and visually, the width of the wheel faces relative to the car's bodywork.

I have 20 x 9.5 with Pirelli P Zero Nero 285 25 20 on the rear. I get very slight rubbing going over dips if I have people in the back. No issues if I am in the car on my own which most of the time I am. It doesn't rub on the guard but on the rear stone guard that attaches to the rear bumper(not sure if the US car have it). My car is pretty low on coilovers

That pic is on a road with a grade.
Can you please post a pic of the car on a level flat road?
Thanks
