Repainting/repairing scuffed up bumpers?

Repainting/repairing scuffed up bumpers?
What works best on rear bumper scuffs? Would Dr. Color Chip will work on my f'ed up bumpers or should I repaint? Don't want to waste money replacing my bumpers because they'll be scuffed up again in no time by idiots who can't park. The scuffs aren't really deep but they're plenty.

Considering according to Bumper Medic they only have locations in LV and SD.. its not exactly convenient for anyone outside those areas to get it fixed there.
I recommend finding a good body shop, they may be able to polish out many of the scratches if they have not gone through the clearcoat.
