Ask the dealer.
But there is a conflict of interest there. The dealer wants to sell you a car. If you do ED then you buy direct from MB and dealer gets zip..
What an experience that would be, its on my list for the future.

I don't know how it works with MB but with BMW the dealer still had credit for the sale... the ONLY difference was where you took delivery.

Dealers that don't know much about ED will tell you it's not even possible and dealers that have experience with it may assist you if you speak to the right person. If you are really serious about ED, shoot me a pm and let me know where you are located.
