Can't, need to get the insurance figured out. I have to give them 3 days notice so they can make the insurance policy.
What are you guys paying for yours?
For my two cars (Lexus lx450 1997) and the 2012AMG, it comes out to 1100/year total.
I did the geico quote first, and it was 1200, went to a local place, emailed them the geico quote, and said "beat this price".

Man the anticipation is building! Will be a big change going from a large, old SUV to this thing.
WOW!!! That's awesome!!!
I pay 2600 a year for 2 cars.. Full coverage. No accidents or points.
I think it's bc I live in NJ. Most people in NJ pay around the same (unless I'm getting jacked) if not more. Geico quoted me about 2800 a year for 2 cars.

What city do you leave? Here in Los Angeles... my lowest with Esurance is 990 per 6 months for my C63 and a CRZ. But that is like super full coverage.

A couple of fast cars.
$3072 a year for 2012 gl350 and 2012 c63 coupe with very high coverages 250/500, BUT this includes renter's insurance and additional liability insurance.

On my car I pay $1654 for a 48 month loan at 1.9%. 80315 for the car total loan about 77k. I almost leased, but the lease payment was $200 less than a purchase and at the end of 1 year I should be positive in equity (owe 58k) at the end of 2 years I will owe about 38k.

You wont get 58K for a 1 year old 2012 C63. More like 50K-52K if it has 10K miles on it.

You did the right thing though. Just finance it and bite the bullet and make those high payments. Its over before you know it and then in year 2 you only owe like 20K and year 3 you own a 40K car that you can keep or use for trade.

You may be right, but in 1 year there won't be (I don't think there are any now) edition 1s available except on the used market. No plans on selling any time soon anyway.

It means yours will sell quicker!

AMG depreciation sucks. Either way, we dont buy these as an investment anyhow! Awesome car you have there.

I'm jealous of what you guys can do with a good credit. I got my garbage car when I came to the US without social at 16k and I'm paying $500 / Month for the financing ( only $200 goes to the principle ) and $400 / month for insurance with State Farm.. Not even in full coverage lol..
