Small cracks or fractures are common with drilled rotors.

I thought the same as you when I seen those picks. But it's perfectly normal.

A member here just posted pics of his stock rotors which were heavily used with the same fractures around the drilled out holes...


I have 50k km on my stock 2 pieces and there is tiny fractures developing as well.

Fair enough, just not a comforting feeling. What's the lifespan of the rotors anyways?
