Delete the cats

I am planning to delete the secondary cats and there will be CEL. How can i clear it?

There will be no CEL.

They are after the O2 sensors.

CEL is caused by changes detected by the sensors. You're fine with changes made to anything behind the sensors which are located bit after the primary cats. And yes, you'll most likely get CEL if you remove the primary cats.
