I had experiences with them with BMW's 3 of then M3 545 f10 m5
My last problem I had with them was when I was driving over the bridge from SI to bring the car in for 1st service and they call me 20min before my appt to tell me they have no loaner car to give me and they can't take my appt bc they are over packed. (My Appt was made 3 weeks advanced)
That dealer is a joke
