Has anybody else ordered a 2013 c63???
Am I the only one?
Why is nobody else ordering a 2013?
I am concerned that my car will sit at the dock in Bremerhaven forever waiting for enough c63s to load onto the boat.
Or do other cars share the boat with c63s on the journey across the atlantic?
Is everybody waiting for the redesign in MY 2014/2015?

2013 C63
Well my order for 2012 was transfered to the 2013 bank because i ordered it late. My build date would be close to yours, 2nd decade of june. My dealers said it will take
20-30 days for the car to get to the dealer after the car is built. 10-12 days for boat ride...5 days at customs with no delays.

I am close to ordering mine. I just can't make up my mind between 13' C63 and a 12' CLS 550. Wait there's also Audi A7 - 640i gran coupe.
I am basIcally apprehensive about the refreshed 2014/15 C showing up within a year of my 13'C63 AMG

Yeah, dude, you really think your car is going to get held up because not enough people ordered? Worry about the 2014 model, worry about options, worry about pricing....but man, don't worry that Mercedes would prefer to hold inventory versus moving it! They are as motivated as can be.
Also, they JUST opened the order bank for 2013's. Relax man, enjoy the anticipation, read up and get psyched

C63 coupe P31, '11 G37s, '12 RR Evoque Prestige '10 QX56
I feel your pain.
But that's why I went with a '12. Also, I really wanted the Euro D experience. I would have had to wait until Sept. to pick up the car (weather not as nice there) and it wouldn't have arrived at my dealer until late Oct. to mid Nov.
Couldn't wait that long, I'm going nuts as it is. Call it whatever year you want, I want my coupe here 4 months ago (should have ordered earlier, rather than shopping for what I wanted).
Congrats on your '13 order.

I pictured an AMG cruise ship and all the cars getting the "spa" treatment on the way here (drop, wheels, tint, tune, etc.).

Take a few deep breaths, you’ll be fine,
The wait can be useful, read everything on this forum and you’ll be an expert by the time it arrives.
Alternatively, buy something fun to just fill in time and thrash until you pick up the C.

And what would I do with it when my c63 gets here?
Sell it back to the dealer?
How much loot would I lose if i did buy a diff car for the next few months and then trade it in when my c63 gets here?

That’s potentially a long list, you must have some favourites yourself but how about its arch rival the M3 for comparison sake.
Race it.
Hell no he’ll make twice the money on it, stick in the shed down the backyard and start a private collection.
It doesn’t matter it’s only money and now you’ve become a collector you’ll never lose if you never sell or trade back.

Nope, I'm happy with the car stock. Orange markers dont bother me really. Interested to see how the car looks with 19s on stock suspension, post up pics when you get them. Bet it will look great. Good luck!
