Anyone know why there is MB-TEX only for Black Series

My dad wants to get the C63 in hk and they said no test drive for that and dont even carry one in stock . They act like C63 is super exotic...At that time I think of here in LA high school parking full of c63 with some 16 years old kids blasting around. Also some of the dealers request a non refundable deposit for test drive.
I wanted to test-drive and M3 and he wanted me to agree to buying it for a certain price if i liked it before letting me go out
I decided not to take it for a spin. Some people just do not know how to sell cars.

yeah i can put whatever words or numbers i like in Cali for $50 a year but in hk, you can spend up to 100,000 usd for a license plate

BTW, vessproms, if your dad wants a test drive in a C63, I'll try and match him up with my salesman !

I actually had a test drive in a C63 coupe without a deposit before I ordered mine and yes they do act like c63 was exotic ! it is true that a lot of people buy their cars without a test drive in HK but not me!
