How many rwhp should I expect?

With a tune, header , x pipe , filter and exhaust, whats the max rwhp I should expect without going for s/c?

It all depends on the tune, headers, etc... probably around 460-470rwhp with 420-430 rwtrq. It depends on the dyno as well.
There are few variables you need to take into consideration.

very vague question without telling us what brand products or combination...so roughly 80-120rwhp depending on what you choose from baseline.

Enough to put a pretty big smile on your face and roast 1st and 2nd gear.

Yes. If you are making 460-470 rwhp with tune+headers+intake & filters. You should hit 500rwhp and a little over that with a dedicated race tune in conjunction with race gas and some race ported heads. You should be around 500-515 rwhp.

Race tune means race fuel 24/7. Not a good solution unless its a DTC and you like having drums of fuel stacked up in your garage. If you got a spare ECU and had two tunes it could work. Again, unless you are a track guy like some on here it wouldnt be worth it.

Stick with the 470 whp and shed some weight off the car would be a better idea. Light weight wheels, rotors, Carbon Fiber Hood/Truck. Racing seats. Remove the spare.

The 4100lbs is the problem with the C63. Its a big fat pig.

Dyno = tuning tool.

A dyno number on it's own means nothing, you are suppose to compare that number to a baseline (stock whp) to see the effects of your mods on gains/losses.

For example my stock car put down 308whp on a mustang dyno, 357whp with ecu tune = 49whp gain.

The same car on a dynojet will put down 380whp stock.

In the end a dyno is just a measuring tool for improvements/gains, it's not a benchmark unless you are into e-peen measuring.
