ANNOYED!!!! eyelids by AZN-Optics Problem...HELP!!!
this is really getting annoying!!!
my eyelids bulbs by AZN optics seems to be not working, fitting well. 2/4 of the bulbs( one on left side, other on right) keep giving me the error code due to it not lighting most of the time. BUT, it is not the bulbs because at times, by itself it turns back on, then turns off, then turns on. etc
i think the fitting its not secure enough causing the bulb to move around, and it has shorted twice already burning it.
please help, any suggestions?

If it's not gripping tight then is sounds like the metal connector was over flexed and not giving good solid connection. Obviously if the clip loses contact with the voltage plate, it shuts off till it touches again through engine vibration or what not. So it works fine with engine off and not moving? You can try (with power off) take a pair of tweezers and try tightening it down. Also make sure the connectors are free of debris and corrosion which could interfere with the current.

One of the bulbs in my eyebrow stopped working and AZN sent me a pair free of charge. No complaints here. Quick to respond to my email. Hopefully you'll have the same experience.

I installed my LEDs a long time ago but I remember having a problem with one, maybe two not lighting properly. I think you can push them too far into the socket and the connection is lost. Maybe try pulling them out just a little and see if you get a good connection. Mine have been working great for 2 years.
