It's called Adobe Lightroom 4 Wax. 
Seriously, it's just post editing of the photos that brings out the shine like that. I have a standard preset "look" that I created and apply to all my pics through Lightroom 4, then color correct to match. Part of any hobbyist photog's arsenal. I'll dig up a before and after shot to show the difference.
