31 years young...I thought I was pretty young to afford an $80k sports car, but I see so many 20-something's on here. Makes me wonder if I got into the wrong field of work

Most likely not because you picked the wrong career but probably because you had the wrong parents J/K

Exactly gthal! I am 42 and more of a car nut than I was before, it doesn't get old....only problem is that your expectations of a car after a C63 will put you into another stratosphere, there is no other car in that price range that will stir the soul like this AMG....you guys are all in big trouble!!!

No no lthal...I had the perfect parents. The kind that could have bought me a Lamborghini at 16, if they were stupid enough to do so. No, they made me buy all my vehicles myself so I had to learn the value of a dollar quite quickly. Maybe that's why I was so surprised to see so many kids driving this beast. In my early 20's I was driving a civic trying to pay down the mtg

Couldn't agree more. Someone's gonna have to drop an additional $100k (over and above the sticker of a c63) to get a true step up from this car

This C63 is all mine. No inheritance or "gift" to help me buy the car.

I think, some things should be put in perspective. For many parents, the C63, the M3 and any Ferrari you can dream of, are not a problem to pay for as long as the kids are happy. Do you ever pause and wonder, how screwed up our world is getting, relying on the future generation.

29. purchased myself
had access to some great cars growing up although none of them were ever mine. my first actual purchased car was an '88 audi 80 quattro with exposed ignition wiring and sheepskin seat covers!
