dont think so. since 2012 the mrsp is 58k and fully loaded its close to 80Originally Posted by thepinoc
Considering 2011 MSRP was 58k, a 14k difference to 72k should probably be close to fully loaded, if not 100% fully loaded. Or maybe dealership just loves markups?

The car is close to fully loaded. It doesnt have the Performance Package but it does have the Limited Slip Differential Lock, Rear View Camera, mbrace, AMG Leather Package, Multimedia Package and Lightning Package. It doesn't have the start/stop button. I'd say start at 50K and see what the dealer says. Good Luck!!

I was looking at this car too but MB Princeton are just not reasonable to deal with. I saw that car like 3-4 times going back and forth with them. I think via email he told me 56K for it, let me see if I can find it for ya

Congrats on the pickup! Guess you have the OP to thank for trying to be cheeky and overly optimistic with his wheeling & dealing skills.
Doesn't always pay to be cheap!

Big time lol at OP, for being cheap trying to get another 6k off from a car discounted by 14k and trying to get another 4k worth of maintenance for free. LOL.
Congrats to the buyer. Hopefully they spill the beans as regards how much they eventually paid.

My guess would be $56k including the maintenance plan...or the equivalent ($54.5k/$55k).

The maintenance plan wasn't included but I didn't pay 56900. I also tried going as low as 50 to 52. Listen I have been looking over these cars for over a year and a half I would have paid 56900 for it as well. I ended up close to 56900 for which is an amazing deal. When I contacted other MB dealers they would never come close to this price. I know I won't find another one with the same options new what I picked it up for. They showed me the loss they took on it and it was big (after deal was signed). I still don't know why it sat so long maybe the red color which I love? But similiar c63 I called for were no where near this price (ie new left over 2011 with these options)

It's a steal man, congrats. You would pay the same for a used one with 10k+, you should feel good about the grab.Originally Posted by Z63amg

my only thought for it sitting was that it is a prefacelift + didnt have all the amenities (keyless go) so it eliminated some buyers. However, you got a crazy great deal and for some, prefacelift looks better (I think this) and stuff like keyless go isnt a big deal. Afterall, its the performance and the exhaust note that makes this car so damn good.

Congrats!!!! Great buy!! Too funny!! Like I have said before, people who are trying to save 1-5 grand on a Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG are just stupid and cheap...if you can't afford it and want to be trying to scrape bottom, you wont get it. It isn't a Corolla...Originally Posted by Z63amg

Enjoy. To the OP who lost out: Instead of posting here all day and night on whether you should offer 50 or 56, next time don't chince around. Luxuries are only worth how high you are willing to pay and how bad you really want it!

That's the funny thing, the OP truly believed that no one other than him would make an offer on the car.
The dealership took a huge loss for a car that had no trunk money. The only thing where I wouldn't agree is if there is a 5k difference, that's not being cheap or unreasonable. That goes a long way towards gas and tires. But yes, you snooze you lose.

For those of you interested, there's 2 more of these at MBZ of Monterey. Other side of the country, but still worth it if you can get it for $15k off. I saw an email going around a couple of months ago saying that they would take $15k off "MSRP" whatever that is..

That's fantastic! Let's me up at Cars and Coffee in Irvine sometime so I can check out your car. That color combo is truly one of kind.
