RIP George, my brother "Coladin" and I had the pleasure of meeting your father and brother Mich as well at one of the AMG Driving Academy tours last year. Your father George was one of those people whom you meet in life that for whatever reason touched me, his great stories over dinner and drinks and his extreme passion for cars, especially the AMG cars. He seemed like a father whom I aspire to be with my children as well, he taught you guys the value in life and also found a passion of cars to share with you, I can only hope that my son will also be so passionate of cars( I believe he is). RIP George as my brother and I were and still are in shock. God Bless your family.

My deepest condolences.
May you find peace in his passing and remember to celebrate his life and carry on the legacy that he created.
I bet that every time that you get in a car for a nice drive, that he will be right there by your side.

Life Lessons
You may have thought I didn't see,
Or that I hadn't heard,
Life lessons that you taught to me,
But I got every word.
Perhaps you thought I missed it all,
And that we'd grow apart,
But Dad, I picked up everything,
It's written on my heart.
Without you, Dad, I wouldn't be
The man I am today;
You built a strong foundation
No one can take away.
I've grown up with your values,
And I'm very glad I did;
So here's to you, dear father,
From your forever grateful kid.

I didn't know your father, but it seems like he raised and taught you properly. From the posts of those who knew him, he sounds like the type of man and father we all aspire to be.
In this most trying of times for you and your family, I can only offer this:
What is most helpful when dealing with the death of a loved one, is remembering how they lived.

Although this is a sad situation, awesome post, thanks for sharing. He seemed to be a wonderful person, and great father. May he rest in piece. My thoughts out to you, and your family.
