Picking up a 2009 C63 Friday - Pre-purchase inspection advice please

Just got done.
Code 1413 and 1417 are the only old codes (not currently active) in the car. Inspector says it is squeaky clean - ecu not mod'd, headers, exhaust, etc. he said those codes could be nothin but wasn't sure. He did not think it was a big deal. Thoughts please?
