Rear tires...

I have 275 PSS and had to replace them after 7k miles. I drive reasonably, but do have some fun too, but never disable traction control. What size are your tires and what pressure were you running? Your tires wore evenly. I stayed with stock pressure and wore out the center prematurely. The good news was that my new set only cost $67 each due to the mileage warranty.

I bought the previous set of PSS at Discount Tire and returned to the same store for replacements. I read most of the warranty and did not see any mention of an OEM requirement. There is a caveat where the mileage warranty is reduced by 1/2 due to staggered tire sizes prohibiting rotation.

I have about 5k miles on my set of PSS, and the rears don't look like they have much life left.

I read somewhere (TireRack I think) that noted that if a car requires an extra load tire, it will ONLY function in that regard if tire pressure is 42psi or more. MB recommends very high pressures and calls for an XL tire. Because of that, I run 42 all around and have had no issues with abnormal center wear. Running less would make me worry that rim damage would be more likely given MB's pressure and tire recommendations.
On the track, with PSS, I am running 44 hot on North44's recommendation to avoid too much tire roll and shredding the outside and it worked well. On all previous cars, I would have run 38-40 hot but the C63 is just too heavy without seriously stiff sidewalls... which the PSS do NOT have.

I've got stock 19s on my car and just dropped to 38 cold from 45 or so. Maybe it's just me but they seem to "look" really flat, especially the fronts. The ride is so much better now LOL. I am also contemplating getting my mech to set up neutral toe in as people seem be reporting it to have a positive impact on wear as well, though at the same time, some are saying that makes the car a little more tail happy.

Still seems like a toe in problem and excesive pressure for the wear pattern. He may be doing great on longevity, my tires dunlops lasted 8K but that includes extensive track time.
My front tires wore heavily on the inside with 1/4" of toe so I rotated them to the outside.
My rears are wearing evenly with the stock 1.5 degree camber.
