Questions about headers and MB dealers in Houston

Questions about headers and MB dealers in Houston
Need some input from you guys,
I am wanting to get my headers and get the new reflash from MHP, but with all this coolant leakage issues going on I don't know whether putting the headers on will affect it and make it worse or have no impact.
Secondly, I am worried that when I head back to Houston and try to get the new headbolts installed under warranty, as my car is at the 40,000 mile range, that the dealership will give me alot of grief about having aftermarket headers on my car and try to dismiss the work, as I have been going to MB Sugarland and had not great experiences a few times.
Does someone have a good service agent they can refer me to in the Houston Area, I do not mind driving a little ways more to get in touch with a good service agent who will be willing to work with me to get my car in under warranty to get new headbolts.

You won't get new head bolts installed under warranty if nothing is amiss yet. Period. Headers are problematic under the best of circumstances but won't have any bearing here, because new head bolts won't happen.

I have had low coolant issues, i guess another way to go about it is if there is the defective head gasket leak before or after the warranty will it still be covered by them and if the headers are on when it happens, can they try to blame it on the headers to make it a non warrantied issue
