Works fine for me. I've pulled a bunch of video off it. Mostly people doing dumb ****. Fills up the 16gb MicroSD in 4-5 days and overwrites the old stuff.

Only 'problem' I've had, as you can see in the video, the base suction cup takes up some of the viewable area.

Well, if you record a phone conversation in your own house in such states (which require other party's consent) such recording will still be useless for legal purposes, so I guess same applies to your car...
Anyway, the audio recording in my car's dash cam is always disabled - even though it is legal in my state, I often tend to say "not-so-nice" things about other drivers, especially if I'm driving alone ;-)

Not sure if you guys know but Blackboxmycar.com just had a really big groupbuy on e90post organized by myself(http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=694604). Unfortunately, the E90post group buy is over but they've opened another one at gencoupe forum if you guys are interested! (http://www.gencoupe.com/blackboxmyca...ue-finevu.html) Blackboxmycar told me anyone can join the groupbuy.

Personal recommendation is either the Finevu CR300 or the Finevu CR200. Finevus are less prone to problems than Blackvues. Blackvues are known for overheating and the company often denies warranty work.

PS. I have no affiliation with Blackboxmycar.com.. just helping fellow MB owners.
