what is the purpose of x-pipe in this particular case? to balance out flow or does it quiet the exhaust a bit? thanks

Blind, if you search I made some before and after vids.

IMO it sounds way better with an x pipe, the poping and obnoxiousness is removed the system. Mid range felt a bit more torquie. It also quieted it down and evened out the tone. Don't kid yourself, it's still really loud, but a much nicer sound.

I am currently in the process of installing my Weistec supercharger on my '11 C63. I have the mhp setup currently. I am glad you posted this about the MBH setup. I will have to look into that. How are you liking your supercharger so far?

hours - ????
miles - maybe 3500-4000
road - only weekend toy
track - don't have any tracks to go to....so never !

the car has a little over 8k miles and i installed them around 4500 miles
