production delay

I received a letter from my local dealer saying the production of my C63 coupe was delayed to september. anything happened with the production line?

If you check on autotrader.com, there are 10x as many 2012 new coupes for sale in comparison to the 2012 sedans.

This may explain the delay in building the 2013 coupes -- the dealerships need more time to get rid of the 2012 coupes

Another hypothesis: the 2012 coupes were delayed and did not start arriving at most dealerships until september/october 2011 -- so mbusa wants to complete the 12 month build cycle for the 2012MY -- if this is true, you should still be able to order a new 2012 coupe

I heard coupes were delayed as well. Sedans are fine.
