2013 C63 Coupe BS Conversion
I'd love to join but I'm in Eastern Ontario...and my summer weekends are pretty jammed. I'll join you guys later this fall when my weekends free up. Thanks for the invite!

Okay this has got to be the worst analogy. Eva
Dude just wants the wide body look, what's "poser" about that? Just playing devils advocate here but race cars have wide body's so does that mean the Black Series is a poser race car?
I'm sure some aftermarket company could eventually come up with one if the demand was high enough.

i think that since mb don't make the black series in sedan or estate version. if a person want it why he can't buy a sedan or an estate and add that bodykit?
What you are telling could be real if someone put black series body kit on a 200CDI coupè. but if someone want to have the blah series sedan the only way is to fit the bodykit on a sedan c63.

Currently no one offers a BS body kit. Maybe after a year, someone will develop a body kit. But not now.

AMG should have flaired the back wheels wells from the get go. The rear tires are substancially undersized. However it more costly to flair the rear of 4 door (than a two door) and MBZ was trying to stay price competative. I don't see guys flairing the rear wells as poser as this was discussed long before the BS came out. A better solution might be a Quaife. Puts all the rubber down without a lot of expensive body work.

Just as an FYI - I bought all original MB BS parts from the dealership. They all fit on well with little modifications. I did it because I road race the car and needed the additional tire size on the front. We can run 255-35-18 tires and larger up front and stay under the BS fenders. The rear will require some additional fender work but it was done to accomodate the needed larger tires. I will not put BS badges on the car.
I am not going to duplicate anything as there is already an option out there. I just wanted the OEM parts and they worked well. Some may like it and some may not being a four door. At this point the car has gone beyond return so its a custom one off.

may i also ask about the cost of the 4 fenders if that's all it took. and other than fitment modifications, were there anything else that need to be done to the bs fenders to make a larger wheel/tire combo fit?

These guys do BS kits.
They've also got SLS to SLS BS kits - check out the photos back in June on their page above.

Hello,
I am now busy with modifying a BS-kit.
I think you would like it.
Just read my thread "Andrew'sC63" and you will see how much work and how I modified the kit, I think you will love it.
Soon max 1 month it will be ready and this kit will not look to much like a real Black Series but I hope more brutally.
If you like it, I can ship to you.
But now we are in a test-fase.

Youre much better off buying the real one. And you'll get your money back when you sell, if not even a profit.
