2012 ROW Air Box Part #

I've checked the USA part number show up as 1560940606 and 1560940506 for C63 intake cover. I never saw anything about B being in the front of the number. can someone who actually has ROW boxes and have the real part number comment? Everyone else is posting 1560940306 and 1560940406.
Also, it is worth noting the USA spec numbers I pulled come up more expensive that the "row" part numbers which have yet to be confirmed.

The part numbers have been posted in several threads (that is where I got them), but here they are again (off my invoice).

If you look at the USA part numbers they list as MAFs so I assume again that Mercedes sells MAFs with the covers, or also for the charcoal filters as one assembly. I noted that the cost for these part numbers are higher than the ROW, I realized it is probably because the charcoal filters cost some money also.
So technically us ROW modifiers are buying to put less (no charcoal filters) into our cars to get more performance.

here's a question for someone who knows:
If all US C63 have the Charcoal filter, then why do MBUSA parts distribution even sell the ROW boxes in the USA? Several online dealers sell them and stock them like a normal part.
It would appear that you would need to get them from a foreign distribution network hence why some were charging so much more, so are dealers stocking them because they know they are in high demand, or because they are using them as replacements when MAFs need replacing? I am thinking that the charcoal filter was really only a CARB requirement for strict states such as California, but once the MAFs are replaced in other states, they are putting in the ROW boxes. ROW probably is used by dealers in other states that know they can install them without breaking the law. Obviously Mercedes builds their US cars to 50 state legal requirements, even though it is not needed in other states.
It concurs with someone who mentioned here before that they purchased a second hand C63 and opened the filters to replace them to find one was ROW and the other wasn't.

I just did a search on the part # and this site was one of the vendors that came up. They do ship to Canada (USPS would be my choice) and offer the box at $165.55.

This is for the left side (1560940306) but they offer both just search on the other #1560940406.
