We shipped all our orders. We had 45 orders in arrears before the accident. None of them went out, all chargebacks while I was hospitalized. We sent out as many orders as possible before my sisters wedding last year. After that we have about 10 people waiting for their orders. They are all ready to be packed and shipped.

Your sisters wedding? Seriously? Lord bless your sister and her marriage, but is there any way on earth you could come up with more excuses? Dude, Wow! Give this nonsense a rest.

We got a hard offer for $250k on the company in 2020. My license was suspended for 1 year after the car accident. We got another offer on MBWorld and we are asking for $330k. We are now evaluated at 1.5 million. We generate $350k a year in gross revenue. I had a wedding at the time and we were not able to ship any orders. Upon return we shipped out all of them. A handful of Edition 507 Hood Vents didn’t make it out. I was hospitalized for an issue that was out of my control. I can post all my doctors notes excusing me from all actions during that time period. Everyone that was unhappy got their money back.

We already got an offer for 350k thank you. We also did $200k in 2023 without our Instagram and MBWorld. Thank you

Nothing you say is going to change what happened or how customers perceive it. It's all just coming off as hardcore backpedaling with virtually no accountability and nobody will spend money on that.

Best part of these excuses it’s that hes still scamming, a member posted screenshots dated this month. Like what’s now? FedEx truck crashed and destroyed all of the items?

As someone who came into this drama way late, you really need to stop replying with the reasons/excuses why this all happened. Nobody cares, truly, no matter the circumstances. Customers expect all businesses to just run as usual no matter what. If losing one person can cause all of this, you were running a shoestring operation and need to start over or just deal with all of this fallout without the explanations.

If you look through the first bad reviews you’ll notice in Oct/Nov of 2020 that the first string of customers didn’t get any responses. I was hospitalized during that time period against my will. The operation was very large at the time but I only had communication with my doctors.
I am currently receiving medical attention overseas.

Again, NOBODY cares what happened to you or when it happened. We're all potential, or actual, customers. Customers DO NOT care about anything that happens to a business as long as it doesn't affect them. You had your business structured in such a way that losing one person was enough to basically destroy its reputation. That falls on you and you alone.
I'm in the market for CF and if you'd have handled this properly, by admitting you royally effed up and didnt, in fact, reimburse anyone, but had chargebacks that made them whole instead, people migjt he wilking to give you another, or a first, shot. The non-stop excuses mean nobody reading them will want to deal with you. Whether they're legitimate excuses or not, customers don't care. They have money, you have a product. Of you can't keep that simple, they'll go somewhere where it is.

You read what I wrote and posted the same exact thing you've posted before? I'm starting to think business practices and being dense are the real culprits here.

Explain below extremely unprofessional behavior. This is from 2023 and still continuing into 2024. The 3 year old hospital excuse can't be applied here...
Yeah I'll admit I'm rude towards the end, but I'm more than entitled to be after waiting now over 1 year for a lip spoiler lol. Did warn Sam if he didn't rectify my issues I'll post it up online. Completely unprofessional this guy shouldn't be a sponsored vendor anywhere, and insult to injury is him now bragging about how much money his company turned over last year, probably off the back of more people like me.

You couldn't 'give' me their products with this level of unaccountability. 👎
I've had 12 years old daughters caught vaping that were more adult about it than this. If they had kept up with this same level of non-stop excuses, they'd have caught hands. 😁

Do a reverse image search on his "crashed BMW". Its just a generic picture taken off google.
