Thanks for the comments guys! 
it was around 4000$ for everything they took out the front bumper, rear bumper, lights, doors, mirrors, and trim when they did the work.
im working on rims right now 
i believe in california you dont have to do anything with registration? but where i am no one will bother you even if you paint the whole car

tickets..
i had a lemans sunset (orange) 350z and got 3 speeding tickets, 4 tickets (no front plates) and 2 tickets for no seat belts (all in about 2 yrs).. haven't got any tickets (for any reason) after it got totaled... i still don't have front plates, driving carefully (radar detector helps) and put my seat belts on (always!) but on a black car ;-)

very nicely done, but I think matte effect may hide the lines and details of our fabulous car. there is 1 gloss orange wrapped C63 with same wheels and color in my city. the gloss effect shows the lines well under the sunlight.
