FS Akropovic evolution exhaust and OEM 19" multipsoke rims
Hey guys...
I have a set of 19" oem multispoke rims with michelin PS2 235 / 35 front and 265 / 30 rear
no curb rash
looking for about 3,500 for the set, I payed 6,000 for them.
also have a Akropovic evolution exhaust (not slip on) - I understand that if you have or want headers, you cannot use the evolution setup.
looking to get about 3,500 for the exhaust. I think I payed 6,000 also for the system.
both had about 2000 miles put on them, no track time, no abuse
I will try and put some photos up when I get home.

Just curious, but have you thought about having your evolution system modified and installed on your BS?

I was thinking I could cut off a little end pipe off the exhaust and let it just free float into the stock "tips" of the BS diffuser.
you would only be able to see the exhaust if you lifted the car. and would find another use for the rectangular tips lol. maybe put them on my WRX

Not necessarily true in this case. Renntech offers the evolution system for the C63 Black Series. It seems they modify the evolution system itself so that it fits, without doing anything to the OEM diffuser. They have a video on their website. I imagine they cut the mid pipes shorter, and remove the exhaust tips from the mufflers, but I'm not exactly sure. Just speculating.

Japan is nice. Hot, and disgustingly humid at times. Similar to Florida weather during the summer. I'm on Okinawa, which is a small island south of mainland Japan. There's shops all over, but none that I've seen that I would trust, lol. Your best bet would be to locate a shop around Tokyo and deal with them. The yen is worth more than the dollar, so it'll be pricier than expected.

The slip on exhaust is from the resonators back.
the evolution includes resonators and attaches just past the front wheels.
I believe they both need no welding, And I'm not sure about the slip on, but the evolution system I had to cut the driver side
In their words:
Two variations of systems are available for the C 63 AMG. They are made entirely from our proprietary titanium* alloy. The first is our Slip-On muffler system. The Slip-On kit replaces the stock mufflers from the axle back. Stepping up to our Evolution system, we include the mufflers from the Slip-On kit and then add a lightweight link pipe assembly that incorporates integrated resonators. Both systems feature our unique exhaust tips. The bezels for these tips are cast in our foundry from an exclusive blend of titanium. They will give your vehicle a distinctive look, setting it apart from the rest of the crowd.
Akrapovič titanium exhausts are not just about appearances. Sound, weight, and performance are all part of the equation as well. The Slip-On system adds 5 horsepower while at the same time trimming overall weight by a substantial 9 kg compared to the stock exhaust. Soundwise, both systems bring out the true character of the car. Deeper and more aggressive than stock, they retain the trademark personality of the 6.3-liter AMG engine. The Evolution system is notably louder than the Slip-On, but is still perfectly suitable for day-to-day driving.
Slip On
+5 horsepower
+8 ft. lbs. torque
19 lbs. lighter than stock
Evolution
+12 horsepower
+16 ft. lbs. torque
42.5 pounds lighter than stock
have to cut the pipe on the driver side but they both clamp on.

R, my brother ! How are you doIn down there. I can't wait to see your BS when I get On down south. Cabazon steak weekend is coming up. It is a truth, in fact that driving your previous C63 sedan a few years ago pushed me over the edge to get my first C63. with the Akropovic and multispokes that was one beautiful ride. Whoever picks up either the exhaust or rims is getting a smoking deal on 2 details that will make your AMG stand apart from the others.

My C63 2009 was the first to have the full evolution Akrapovic exhaust installed in USA and I love the sound, nothing like it.
Also installed was a Renntech stage 3 tune to 570 HP +10 HP for the exhaust.
245/285 x19 wheels Michelin P2
CF grill, front lip, rear spoiler and diffuser.
Smoked side markets

yeah the sound is really amazing, louder, but more tuned, I was afraid it would sound like an American V-8, but it sounds really nice, very distinctive.
