The new wheels can be seen in post 115 above and they are gunmetal Forgestar F14.
I guess I vote for gloss as well but would like to see a photochop first. Hedging...LOL

Gloss will look best! Your car is already looking awesome and I've figured out that SGA didn't use the rear quarter panels like you have for the wheel arches hence your more serious looking flaring!! NICE!

I figured the outline of the vent piece would have been molded to the rest of the door.
EDIT:
I just looked at a pic of a C63BS and it is done the same way, weird I never noticed it before.

Still dirty but a couple of updates:
OLD FENDERS:
ANOTHER OLD FENDERS:
NO - I did NOT change the color of the car. Just different lighting for the photo shoot.
Here's the real kicker that none of us saw coming. Even with the new 345-30 19 rear Cup tires we lowered the car to the bottom of the KW's(about an inch) in order to make the rear wheels look right in the wheel well. We lowered the front of the car 1-1/4" in order to make the fenders look right. The entire car has come down about an inch just to make the wheels fit inside the new fenders correctly. The openings are that much larger.
I'm not complaining because that means the center of gravity just got lower!!
