As soon as I get back in town later this week I'll pick her up and get some new pictures outside all cleaned up. These pictures don't do it justice. She really is slammed to the ground. You can't tell it in these pictures but these wheel openings are so much larger we had to lower the car soooooo much to make it look right its REALLY LOW!! I am concerned about getting over speed bumps etc.... now but you'll understand when you see the pics of her outside.
Thanks again for the kudo's. Its been a labor of love and the gang at Sanford Paint and Body deserve all the credit for making it happen! They took pain staking time and energy to make every possible detail come out as good as possible. Even the stock C63 exhaust fit into the new rear bumper. They've worked some miracles!! THANKS GUYS!!

One more thing. Many of you have expressed a concern or dislike of the new hood. I know it may not be for everyone and may be a little more aggressive than you prefer but all I ask is that you keep an open mind. The hood was created for NOTHING more than performance improvements. The carbon fiber vented hood was already out and approved so I had no reason to create another new hood.
We all need more air for these motors. When I called K&N to discuss the filter size they said that for a motor of that size(6.2L) with over 500HP should have twice the size filters that come in these cars. With that being said the only way I could find a way to double the filter size was to make larger air boxes and feed them from the top, thus making the ram air hood.
If any of you are looking for better breathing for performance purposes this is the only way to go. Its half the weight of stock and allows twice the filter surface from stock. MUCH better breathing for our monster motors. I might be able to make the scoop a little shorter or smaller if you all prefer but this is the original design and works.
Thanks for listening.

Keith, first and foremost congratulations on your achievement in building a stunning converted C63! You have been an inspiration to others on raising the bar in the performance of the M156 and now have set the standards for its modified body parts. I have to say, its a wonderful feeling to sit on the sidelines and view your posts every week. Now what you've done has made a few people itch to perform a similar conversion using the BS parts. Thanks for leading the way and as always, sharing your journey with us!

Holy crazy, this car looks like a monster now. Love your character Keith!! The BS rear fenders are 1000x better than your old fenders.
I'm pretty sure with all the money you spent on modding your car, you could've bought 2 BS. LOL

Wow!. At the end of October you need to put that beauty on a trailer and head out to SEMA. This build embodies what SEMA is all about. Great job!
