Lemons happen in every male and model.
And my issue isn't the head bolt. It is how mercedes has been dealing with it. It should be a Damn service recall.

Head bolt issue? I hate to tell you but you're not getting any increased reliability by choosing BMW.
My first F30 M Sport 335i was a lemon. It was at the dealer for service more than it was in my garage.
Sounds like a lot of your problems could have been rectified by trading out your 2009 model for a 2012+ model.
There's always a penalty when you go for an early production model (e.g., '08 and '09 C63s).

First off 255 is skinny. I have 275 on mine right now. For a car with this much power it is skinny. I have 315s on my trans am.
Also the folding mirrors and parking sensors were not U options that year. Everywhere else yes. I'm not the only one to ***** about it. So before u go off on someone maybe you should educate yourself d1p****.
Also the max tire a c63 can fit is 275 if ur lucky. BMW 3 series can at least stuff bigger tires. It is a possibility without having to dump 10k for a wide body kit.
I didn’t realize that me voicing my opinion isn't allowed. It is a forum after all. If people never *****es nothing would ever improve.

Wrong, I have 285s and they fit perfectly, 2009 don't have folding mirrors? then why does mine? it's a 2009

I think it is his way of bashing MB by hijacking every thread in feeble attempt to get folks to agree with him. Just sell the Merc, get that superior BMW and save us from the negativity.
I enjoy the hell out of my C63, and is damn sexy too!
Have a nice day.

Some tire brands run skinny and some wide so congrats. I'll send u a cookie to celebrate. As for ur mirrors who the **** knows. As far as what I know it wasn't an option in 2009. Only 2008 and then 2010 and on. U skipped over my other points so good job.

I'm all for expressing opinions on here (whether they're positive or negative). However, popping into every thread, regardless of what the topic is, and saying "That's it, I'm going to BMW; screw Mercedes" is really not adding anything productive to the forum (especially when the thread has nothing to do with BMW vs. Mercedes or M3 vs. C63).

Owners with bad HPFPs were getting stranded left and right for years and not until the end of the E90's run did BMW finally manufacturer an upgraded pump (and enough of them) to launch a feasible recall protocol.
And I'm sorry to hear that Mercedes isn't dealing with your problem in a satisfactory manner but a majority of the time, the service you receive depends on how you a personally handling the matter.
For example, when my first F30 M Sport 335i was having all kinds of issues, I didn't even have to resort to the Lemon Law to have my situation resolved. I firmly but politely relayed my concerns to both my local BMW dealer and BMWNA and they both worked together to order me a brand new M Sport 335i (with a few free M Performance parts).
Sometimes you catch more flies with honey than you do with sh . . . well you know what.
Anyway, back ON TOPIC:
$750 is a laughable, borderline offensive amount of coin for two paddle shifters. Shame, shame, shame on you Brabus.

look at the rear brakes, notice the calipers arent even visible... not even an amg . This thread is way off topic. Go get a bmw man, be just as unhappy. Instead of crying about tire size you'll be cry about not having enough power to spin them. All factory wheel offsets suck, and buying quality wheels with good offsets are expensive for any car. You guys and the headbolts, headbolts are better than balance shafts and timing idler gears which affects damn near every 272 and 273 motor up until 2008. Benz treats customers bad? Maybe if you cheap asses would actually get your car serviced by people that know what they are doing and spend money at the dealer instead of letting other people screw your cars up and getting mad when the dealer charges you to fix your own or others mistakes, they would comp. your head bolts if they ever go bad. You know what my real amg owner complaint is? having to buy tires just as much as often as my supra. It's bull**** no one can build a tire to last more than 3-4k miles. Im also mad at toyota when parts break on the supra since i've nearly quadrupled its factory output. why cant these parts take it what stupid engineer wouldnt design things to handle 4x what it does normally?
that is all. good evening gents.
