New to C63! 2012 P31 just purchased
Just bought a 2012 C63 with P31!!!!! 
Mine is magnetite black w/ two tone tan and black interior.
I have never had a really fast car or an MB and this thing puts a sh*@ eating grin on my face every time I crawl behind the wheel! I will ask now to excuse any stupid posts or requests for info that is common knowledge to the rest of you.
I am literally like a little kid on Christmas!
I am amazed at how easy the car is to drive with all of the power, still amazingly comfortable, and ooohh the sound...
How do you avoid
getting tickets? Seems impossible...
I will try and get some decent pics to post by the end of the week.

Congratulations! You're right, it takes a lot of self control and a lot of luck to not get tickets. Take it to the track to get it out of your system...legally. Enjoy!

I have the sedan, sorry left that part out. Everything is stock, still figuring out some of the command center features. Have not attempted any RS starts either... guess I am a bit chicken and dont want to break my car.
I have been looking at mods, need to research what you all have had success with and what it will cost. Good news is right now it is plenty fast for me.
Also, contemplating SCCA or NASA racing/instruction. I am 5-10 minutes from the track both run at in AZ.
What kind of modded NA increased bhp target is reasonable? 550 like some of the other 6.2L version in the other AMG machines?

Congrats on your new car! I think a pretty standard tune puts out approx 520 hp, which to my understanding is the same as the performance package.
I haven't gotten a single ticket in my life so it is possible I do have quite a fast car history so i've been lucky. Enjoy your car and drive safe. Responsible speeding only!
