Is MBrace or Sirius Negotiable?
My 90 day trial is up and I think some features of the service (IPhone/Phonecall UnLock/Lock, Vehicle Trace, Accident Call, PushtoBenz), but the price seems high.
They are offering the Basic Package (all featrues above) for $720 for 3 years or $360 for 18 months.
Is there a way to talk them down?
Same challenge with Sat Radio... I hear if you ask for the cancellation department and say price is your only reason for cancelling, you get the best deal?
Any recent negotiation stories here?

Call Customer Retention directly - 888-539-7474 vs the std number.
I was easily able to get their 6mos/$30 deal a while back. Just make sure you put a reminder on your calendar before it runs out or else the auto-bill you for the next 6mos at regular rates. That's the "catch", because once billed, they will not refund you if you complain, rather they'll make you some new deal.

M brace is rip off. I take the first six mo. free, and cancel after that.
I wish they would offer a lower package for just accident/ theft incidents.
Who needs direction, reservation, etc. Unlock, when I need it, I will forget the password.
Sirius Radio: great concept, terrible execution. Programming is horrible.
One continus loop. Same song, same time, every day.

Sirius has multi-car discount, I have 4 cars with it. First car pays the normal price the others pay about 2/3rds . I'll find out more when I merge the new C63 into the other plan. I do like the weather feature. Whoever said they can't find something they like needs to check out some of the other channels. I still enjoy some college radio shows on FM, but when you are traveling and have heard you 160gig ipod over and over at work for many years, it nice to hit the Sat button and hear new material.
