Moving on from C63... any thoughts?!

Never been a fan of anything Porsche, especially lately since the Panamera, they just remind me too much a VW Beatles...which they are 
I really like the older Audi RS4's or even a new RS5. An SL63 would be another awesome choice; sorry P cars have no flare to me

12/2012 Build 911 (991) C2S; 2011 Acura ZDX
Here's a couple of pictures of the hood and rims (now the rims are painted matte black all around, not 2-tone), if anyone is interested.

Folks, sad to say but I think it's time for me to move on. 
I had a great 3 years with my C63 and enjoyed every second of it 
I know there were a few people here moved from the C63 and to 911 C2S (whether 997 or 991) ... any thought and advice?
I test drove it 991 C2S yesterday with PDK... wow, I thought my baby drives and sounds great... but the 991 just simply amazing, awesome car!
They are willing to "trade" mine for $40k (2009 w/ 27K miles), fair deal? They don't want my Dad's CF hood and rims, so if anyone in the area is interested...
And my monthly payment went up only a couple of hundreds which I think it's worth it (just to need to have 1 less nice meal per month in the city
)
I love my C63 look (especially after what I have done to it) and its unqiueness/attention... which I don't think I will get from the 991... 911 is a dime and a dozen around here... anyway, do you guys think I should just walk in to the Porsche dealership this weekend and sign the paper? Good trade 'up'? Any other options?

Rims price, not sure yet - haven't really gave it a thought and researched it... I paid over $4K brand new. What is a fair market value? They are in mint condition, just re-powdercosted (all aound matte black) about 3 months ago. They are Rennin M10's, 19x8.5 and 19x10.

I am impressed with you getting 40K on your car. Mine is an 09 with 37K and the best I could do out of 3 dealers (2 MB and one "high end" sports cars) is $36K.
I did negotiate the new CLS to more than 5% off MSRP (got it at invoice which is 7%) so that could be a factor.
