Awesome... Must be nice to run somewhere without the roll bar. I think rentals are relaxed a bit on the rules. A friend of mine ran 11.49 on his first run a while back, and they kicked him off the track, no warning, near Seattle.

i was running Hoosiers and yes weight reduction about 350lbs from stock.
hood trunk rotors wheels race seat lightweight batt.
would love to go to MIR but going to miss this one, got a family event to attend that i cant miss for anything.

4 years ago everyone said the 63's are crap, but we here now and look where its going. superchargers, someone working on turbos, 140 plus traps in the low 10's. on and on and on....

I've learned a bit at this past event I hope I can get a little bit closer to 10's in similar DA. I was getting a consistent 1.7's at the end but it still wasn't enough. If I trailered it I would have pushed it above 4K RPM on the launch and maybe picked up a little more. I was worried to either kill my clutch or break an axle. Car is a pain to drive but fun when you start to dial it in.
Sorry I missed the after party. Did GONI have a steak??
