I've driven the Dunlop Wintersport M2, M3 and 3D over probably 10 seasons now. I've also driven the PA2, PA3 and Blizzak LM-60.
Wintersport M3 is best for me, with the 3D a close second. They wear like iron on dry roads and are pretty good in the bad stuff.

Update - I'm running Pirelli Sottozero's in stock 235/40/18 (Sottozero Serie II) and 255/35/18 (Sottozero) this year. I couldn't match the tires exactly front to back because of limited size availability for the rear.
Tires are great on the dry and light snow. Deep snow they aren't that great... but don't get much of that here in Toronto.
