I also have carbon fiber mirror housing, cf trunk lip and yellow calipers.

Matte - I've had both gloss and matte black wheels, and gloss shows brake dust sooner.

I have had gloss and it does show brake dust very quickly. So I decided to order Satin finish on this new set (in between gloss and matte)

I have gloss black F14s and they look great when they're clean, but they dust up quickly and look like the matt finish.
