I have seen many SUVs retrofitted. Chances are that the sensors Installation wont be flush with the bumper surface.
If this is for the C63, I'd say dont do that. I love it in my GL and it helps a LOT, but in my other cars, I know and realize their limits.

It can be retrofitted ....But it will not be cheap.(using all oem MB parts)
