ACG san diego- THANK YOU
hey everyone, so i ordered a set of forgestar cf5's about two months ago from a local tire shop here in NYC, i wont say any names but COMPLETE horror story. after waiting two months i finally call forgestar just curious to see how my order was going, they tell me that the place i ordered from wasnt in the system at all. i was extremely confused. i called up my guy here and explained this to him and he tells me "impossible, theyll be here in about a week or two"..i call back forgestar and tell them this, and the guy i was speaking with says "oh, yeah that company called this morning, they just placed the order today" of course i was LIVID after waiting two months patiently to find out my order HADNT EVEN BEEN PLACED. horrible experience.....
THANKFULLY, i spoke with james at ACG in san diego, what an awesome dude and extremely professional and very helpful. i was at work and i told him id call him in an hour when i got home to finalize my order, after he told me forgestar had low stock available, and he placed my order an hour before i got home to make sure id be okay and not assed out again! again THANK YOU to acg, and a big thank you to james for being extremly helpful, and very professional..

roswell, i thought they were being powdercoated because thats what the local tire shop had told me. they said 1-2 weeks max ill have em. that post was from before i found out they hadnt even placed the order yet. contacted james from acg and ordered a new set, cancelled my order with the tire company here

you and me both my man lol. i was waiting for about 2 months and after all that i had to find out my order wasnt even placed. extremely frustrating. but its ok, at least with acg i know ill eventually get my wheels.
