I bought my Revozport sideskirts from Ken@revozport.. And yes I paid an arm & leg for them (1k$) cuz I had no choice since there is no replica.
The rear skirts are available on eBay for cheaper than Revozport.
Boca sells sideskirts too, but they are more bulky than the Revozport.

In summary:
- the front lip is 3.5inch off the ground
- the sideskirt front portion (behind the front wheel) is 4inch off the ground
- the sideskirt rear portion (in front of rear wheel) is 4.5inch off the ground
- the rearskirt (behind the rear wheel) is 6.5inch off the ground.
