It's a decal you need to have made, then before the clear coat is applied to the caliper, it goes on. Clear coat over and you are good. I have seen a few calipers, to where I guess the person wanted to change the decal color, with the decal on top. Does not look nearly as clean, and doesn't seem to be as durable as properly applying the decal, then clear coat over.

Let's just remind ourselves that they are high performance brake calipers
And not a neon kit you're bolting under your '89 Baretta GTZ
Just saying

OK. Going to drop it off now.
Hey Callmiro, with regards to this being a high performance calliper, I do get it although to be honest the AMG brakes let this car down. They are not upto par and I've driven cars half the price (new) with better brakes.

I cannot wait! just trying to find AMG decals now. I should have planned better they're not available over here and I can get them made but trying to find heat resistant vinyl is proving a right pain in the ***.

Slightly heavier but try the 300C SRT8 which I used to have with 431HP (tuned to 460) that used to stop me whenever and where ever I wanted it to. Honestly a little dissapointed with these brakes but then again it teaches me to drive with distance. I'd imagine the lighter Challenger would have as equally good brakes on a lighter body. Those brembos were amazing.

As long as you get the decals over the paint, and under 2 coats of clear, heat shouldn't be an issue. The clear will help protect them from the weather and the brake heat. So, go ahead and do it!!!!

Thanks for the tip Jordanaf.
Got the stickers made in matte black and have told the garage to do 2 clear coats. They were only going to do the one.

Hello Callmiro, Yep, got the car back and am loving the work done.
CoolBD, I deleted the last thread (and the one before it) as there was too much BS going on and I'm too old to be arguing or debating over if I posted one or two threads

So maybe some of you will flame, maybe some of you will be negative but here's photos for the rest of you. I'm really loving the work they did and the new wheels. Now running a 285 rear with flared arches.
Also debadged the monster.

A few more pics.
285/30/19 rear is flush as is the 245/35/19 front. Put on Nitto Invo tires. Noise level a little higher than what I am used to but no traction issues at all on that 285.

Looking good... love it, almost look stock!! Any pics of the rear wheels to see flushness? A drop will really set it off nicely.

Hey Roswell, Hope all is well brother.
Will try and get some photos taken tomorrow. These rims are definitely A class reps. The finish is amazing. The only way someone would know they're not real is from knowing the offset of the OEM SLS rims and the width on the rears as well as the fact that the front is a 19 and the rear is a 20.
I like how they open up the disc/calliper a lot more and I always like this design and the design on the C63 BS but couldn't find a BS rep.
Will take photos tomorrow of the rear. Used to have OEM offset of 54 on a 255 tire. Then put a 275 but rubbing on the inside so put a 10mm spacer. Now am on an offset of 35, on a 9.5 rear and removed the spacer and put a 285 and fit's just perfectly. I love these rims!

Gotta give u credit for finding the right wheel/offset combo as I know how hard it is to get it right with custom fender flares. Good job!

Thanks buddy,
I must admit it was a little time consuming. I am in the rims (OEM and reps) / tires business and it took me a good few weeks to find the perfect set up. It took a lot of calculations and then got my hand real dirty today when I fitted them but all is just perfect. Will post some good photos up tomorrow.
