What is a fair trade value (to a Mercedes dealership) for a 2009 C63?

Black leather/Anthracite
Ext Black
New MSS tires
Serive up-to-date
Body/interior 99%
13800 miles
Bi-Xenon
Sat Radio
Nav/teleaid
Heated seats

I was offered $36,500 - so deal didn't happen

with that miles, you can probably offer over 36,000.

I'm trading my car 09 c63 full opt w/o performance package with 2010 gt3 for 34,000.

but i have 60,500 miles on it.

KBB
EXCELLENT $43,089
VERY GOOD $42,389
GOOD $41,089
FAIR $37,489

It's a 997 Turbo I want to trade for, but this dealership also owns a Merc. dealership - car can be CPO'd and there are 3 online ranging from $44-$48 with 7k miles to 44k miles. This was the first offer which took 8 hours by internet yesterday. I just want to get back in a Turbo - I miss my last two:

Yes
Gorgeous. If it helps, I traded my loaded (minus CF) 09 with 34k back in February and got 40k no issues.

Are the KBB numbers above trade in values?

I have seen your gt2 on 6speed. It looked great. You should be getting 39-40 for the trade in. 36 is too low. Can you save on tax when you trade a car in your state?

That's a great deal you got. I have an 09 fully loaded minue P30 with 30K miles and was offered $36K max. Dealer told me they don't go by KBB - only Edmunds, which lists significantly lower resale appraisals.

That's probably what they like to say to trade-in's. Yup, using the Edmunds for trade-in offers, then sell using the KBB. We all know how the resell market works.

Exactly! C63s with over 40K miles are selling for mid 40s in the tris state. But they offer me $36 for my CPOd 09 with 30k miles just so they can turn around and make $10K on it. Thieves I tell you.

Thieves indeed. Hold the line at $40k and you'll get it.
