That looks like it was an amazingly fun time! Wish I'd known about it, though it probably would have helped if I'd bought my AMG before the very end of last year, haha.

Unless Im mistaken it was 3900 euros or roughly $5300 not including whatever you need to get there (plane, drive, train, whatever).

And yes he still gets to go to the Academy. That's completely separate.
