We are going to be launching BlackVUE's latest device called: DR500GW-HD.
This device is equipped with industry's widest wide angle lens with 156 degree wide angle lens.
The DR400G by Blackvue is equipped with 120 degree wide angle lens for your reference.
Whats unique about this camera is that it can offer live streaming of the videos via your smart phone. This camera has wifi connection and you can use iPhone or Andorid phones to connect it to the device. Within 20M of your device, you can actually view your video without taking out your SD Card.
The main purpose of this feature is to view your video at the scene of the accident. All you need is your smart phone.

This one offers parking mode by motion detection once it is hardwired with a power magic pro.
CMOS is associated with better image quality, with CMOS sensor and faster frame ratio, your video quality is maximized.

Is this a better dashcam compared to the Finvu CR500?
Can the wifi stay on in parking mode to check periodically or does it need to be manually turned on each time you want to access it?

However, this dashcam is very different from FineVU CR500HD as the DR500G offers WIFI connection and is equipped with the widest wide angle lens.
FineVU CR500HD is definitely reliable and offers very nice quality video.
The wifi can be turned on and you don't have to manually turn it on/off to view your video.
