Well after a looong wait the Brabus Bullit wing supplied by 3WD arrived and the guys at Ramspeed in Sydney installed it today so the girlfriend and I hammered out there in my CLK BS to pick it up. The wing is perfect fit and the carbon fibre is absolutely perfect as you would expect from Brabus. The install was not straight forward as removing the stock boot lid spoiler from the matte paint surface is very tricky. The spoiler left glue residue and it cannot be simply rubbed off as that will alter the paint and make the matte paint it shine. We knew this going in but decided to risk it. Andrew at Ramspeed had to painstakingly remove the leftover glue by hand over a period of hours. The surface where the stock spoiler was looks perfect and the wing screwed in perfectly. Very happy. Pics were with iPhone and the lighting blows but there you go.

I absolutely love it and don't think the pictures do it justice. It really sets the car off and makes it look even more aggressive. It looks far superior than the stock aero pack wing from AMG which I think is just way over the top:

Am I the only one who prefers the clean look of the OEM lip spoiler?

I just think this Brabus spoiler is not flowing with the lines of the car, just my opinion. I'm sure it's quality & cost a fortune.

It sure looks like a beautiful spoiler and Brabus quality is just sexy, but I have to agree with Roswell throws the rear lines off a little.

i really dig the look of this spoiler. aggressive without going overboard. and from what I can see, I really like how brabus made the CF flow from front to back. possible to post a pic of the CF weave?

Is it dry carbon? It looks great! I think spoilers and the aero pack complete the Black Series.

Lip spoilers are only for regular C63s.

I could have yes. On the Brabus Bullit Coupe they left the stock spoiler on the boot lid but their car was matte black and I suspect that they didn't want to risk damaging the paint removing it. This literally took all day to pick off the glue. I think having two spoilers on boot lid looks a bit odd.

I think that is partly a result of my poor photography skills. It was dusk and the car parked in a bad spot that prevented me from showing off the spoiler better. I think with better pics you might even change your mind

I couldn't agree more. The stock wing is ludicrous looking to me, even of it is aerodynamically effective.

+63!!!! The Brabus wing is the best match wing/spoiler with BS wide body version so far in the market! The only headache is they raised the price again to unreachable outer space!

You see, the problem is that every time I read one of Mavericks posts I am in such GD AWE of his collection of vehicles that I experience hysterical blindness and spontaneous amnesia. I just keep walking around the house murmuring "How? How does one man get so many awesome cars? When? When does he find time to drive them all? What? What the heck is he gonna get next? Why? Why can't it be me? Where? Where do I get my hands on those? and Who? Who do I gotta kill to get a garage like that? Cos point them out and they have breathed their last breath on gods green earth".

You're a lucky man Mav and I love your taste in cars. If I ever saw you post something I didn't like I would have to assume its just a bad photo.
