Random Question: Do you guys think I will be able to swap my car?
Hey everyone. I know this is a completely random question but I wanted to throw it out there. Let me quickly preface this by saying that I have owned 11 cars and this C63 is by far the most superior car I've owned in every category. I have recently been offered a real estate opportunity to invest in. The thing is, I don't think I can float both payments (house and car) for the long haul. I would be okay for a month or two or three. My question is: what would you guys do? Do you think I will be able to find someone to assume the lease on my C63 within the next month or two? Even though you all are essentially strangers to me, you're all knowledgeable and logical and I value your opinions. What do you think? I am hesitant to make the jump but I feel like with Spring being right around the corner, the likelihood of it being assumed is high.
The car is on swapalease, leasetrader, m3post, 991 forum, and here. FYI, three people have already been interested and all three were declined by MBUSA Financial Services.

Yeah, understood. I know there is no way in hell someone would purchase this outright for $78k. That's just crazy! But I am just hoping someone would assume the lease.
