Grand Prix week end is definitely a no-go as ppl will be busy.
Craig, u will have to free urself for the last week of May for sure cuz it will definitely be in the 2 options. Lol
I'm just debating on mid-May or first week of June (1-2) as second options. From previous experience, waiting later June or July will not have success as ppl get caught up in the sun & makes vacation plans.

this little idea from last year is definitely taking root
glad to see eurocharged steppin up and giving a helping hand. With support like this, will definitely make the meet more special. and with George coming, we know we'll have top photo coverage
the date of June 1 works... actually i prefer it as it will also be a bit warmer too and its far enough for ppl not to have it booked off.
as for a pre-meet then to cruise over:
Kennedy commons (kennedy 401) East Area
Bayview village (bayview 401) East Area
would be the two ideal choices. There are many people on the East end so no need to drive so west then head East again.
oh and meng, definitely update that all MB owners can join us. the focus is AMG for sure but we are all fans of the 3 pointed star .... hmm ok maybe not the b-class tho (just joking)

I guess there will be a 3rd option for "available for both date".. That option will not change the end result as they will come regardless.

lolz.. just got back.. yea, i think finding a seat to go to the meet wont be a problem

Ok everyone, after talking to Mike at Eurocharged.. he suggested me to start the poll now so ppl can plan ahead.. especially for those whom cannot make it to the date we end up choosing so they can make arrangement if they really want to join.
So I will start a new thread, so please vote between the 3 options in that thread:
Option 1: Sunday May 26 @ noon
Option 2: Saturday June 1 @ noon
Option 3: Can make it on both days
As you can see, I picked the last week-end of May to be a Sunday... and the first week of June to be a Saturday to make the options fair for those who works on the week-end. I actually work on Saturday, but I will take the day off if we pick June 1.
