H&R Trak DR Spacer Vibration (10mm)
Has anyone had to remove these spacers (front and rear) due to vibration issues?
I have read mixed reviews in different forums regarding the use of these spacers.
Any feedback appreciated

I've never had an issue using spacers .... From 5mm to 25mm
Did you make sure all the bolts are tight and tightened using a star pattern? Constantly checking the wheels and spacer are seated flat to the hub? Also using a proper torque wrench is wise and torquing to spec.

Oh really? Haha, nvm. I was referring to the spacers I had on my Lexus. Never ran 10mm's but I did have 20mm's with extended studs before. It's been so long since I've had spacers...sorry for the confusion!

Spacers for mercs need extended bolts since euro cars uses lug bolts and Japanese cars uses lug nuts. So they can give you studs to mount on the spacer itself. Unless you are converting your hub to use studs and lug nuts, you will need new and longer bolts depending on your spacer width.

What's happening is, you have vibration in your wheels but the spacer is amplifying them. Without spacers you probably don't feel it but once there on, you have vibration. Get your wheels rebalanced and that should fix the vibration with the spacers on

Are the spacers you have hub centric and wheel centric? If not you may have trouble getting the wheel centered correctly and will get a vibration. If your spacers are flat faced get the ones with the raised lip that the wheel centers on and you will not have any vibration issues from mounting the wheel off center.
