Drag wheels and tire set up

Hey guys,
If you are interested I can get you a set of the ultralight weight set of drag skinnies and rears. I have a local shop custom make them for me. I've had a couple more sets made for drag racers. You will need a set of 30MM spacers for the front.
M&H 4.5 x 26"-17 Drag Front Runners.

Fronts wheels:
17 x 4" - solid aluminum one piece black anodized $886 each.

Rear wheels:
16 x 8" black anodized with the stainless screw package are $598 each.
They can be drilled and screwed if you want them done.

The fronts are 17 x 4" one piece and weight in at 11# and with the tire only weight 21#. They will poke out a little on the front to clear the brakes.

The rears can be 16 x 8" all the way up to whatever you want. I beleive the rears were around 14/15#each. I am double checking the weight.

I was able to get a better price on the fronts. They are $886 each.
They are made from a solid block of aluminum because they don't have a forging.

If you want the absolute lightest set up this is it.

The believe stock front wheels/tires weigh approximately 56# or something like that and these are 21# tires and wheel, WOW!!

Every set is custom made to order. Let me know what you want and I will get it coming. It takes 2-3 weeks for production and anodizing. Let me know if I can help you with anything.

Thanks,
Keith

Right now they only have the one design for our car.
I had 15" on mine but I changed to the C350 rear brakes.
From what I have been told there are other 16" wheels that fit over the stock rear C63 brakes. That is why I was assuming these will be fine. I believe Dodger was running some 16" stock MB wheels.

Well I will keep you posted, honestly speaking I would rather pick up a set of cheap wheels in a 16"-17" since I really won't be using them that often.. any recommendations? I know ccw can make me wheels but they would cost about the same as the ones you are mentioning above.

I think I read somewhere that some guys where running TSW or something like that?

Could any one help with what kind of specs I would be looking for?

Can't you use your spare rim and of course pick up a second one?

I was thinking the same thing but I think the spare would only work for the fronts. I doubt I will be able to fit a 275+ tire on the spare for the rears.

Yeah definitely for the fronts only, there was one on eBay for $120 I believe
