Can MyGenius Programmer be used to read error codes
('10 C63 w/Eurocharged Tune) I had my check engine light go on and I used a friend's code reader to check the error codes and they were P2187 and P0171, after a about a day and 100 miles of driving the check engine light went away by itself. However, last week about a week and a half after the check engine light went away, it came back on again. I want to know if the check engine light is being caused by the same codes. My friend isn't around, but I have the MyGenius programmer that comes when you order the Eurocharged tune. Can that read codes too? The instructions only cover writing files to the ECU. Also any ideas what might cause those two codes to come up, go away, and then come back. The car had the tune for 3.5 months with no problems. Thanks for the help.
